A Sad Day

Today is a sad day. Our long time family friend Marlene Hunt passed away. She is my aunt's sister-in-law and my mom's friend. She was a nice, sweet and caring person.

She was strong in the Gospel and set a good example for others. She was a good mother and loved her family.

Growing up, she baby sat my youngest brother and sometimes after school, we would have to go to her house until my parents got home from work. I always loved going over there.

She was good to us. When our ward turn their backs on us, she and her family did not.

My heart goes out to her husband, children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
